Toni and Matthew are based in Paris, France, at the Paris Mennonite Center. They assist in the continuing development of this crucial hub of ministry in Europe by helping resource French-speaking churches throughout Europe through biblical, theological, missiological, and leadership teaching and training and by developing innovative educational resources through eLearning.
