Level II MDI focuses on providing you with a healthy theological understanding of your local congregation as a locus for missional leadership development. This level will also provide you with a set of tools and practices that will help you identify, equip and deploy new missional leaders not only for your local church but for God’s Kingdom.
Objectives
- To put Leadership Development front and center back in the local church.
- To provide Implementing Leaders with key Leadership Development tools.
- To identify, call and mobilizeilize 2 potential leaders around the Development Square.
Length
Level II consists of 3-months of implementation as part of a Virtual Learning Huddle (VLH) along with three to five other church leaders. VLHs meet twice a month via videoconferencing for 1 hour sessions. Missional Discipleship Groups are also implemented during this time.
